Research Abstract

酸化酵素反応において宿主微生物由来の因子が目的酵素の反応速度に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることを目的に、大腸菌1遺伝子破壊株を宿主とした網羅的スクリーニングを実施し、欠損により、酸化酵素反応速度を増長しうる3種類の遺伝子を同定した。
