Research Abstract |
免疫寛容誘導物質の作製においては、低アレルゲン化小麦粉水溶性画分が免疫寛容誘導活性をもつことを明らかとし、活性本体のペプチドの単離を試みた。腸内細菌とアレルギー発症との関わりを調べ、Candida albicans の定着や幼少期の抗生物質投与による菌叢変化がアレルギーの増悪に関わること、難消化性オリゴ糖の摂取は菌叢変化を介してアレルギー発症に抑制的に作用することを示した。
