Research Abstract

アニオン性界面活性剤SDS、カチオン性界面活性剤CTAB、ポリオキシエチレン型非イオン界面活性剤のミセル水溶液に親油性の非イオン界面活性剤C12EO3やモノグリセリドを添加することにより、ミセル構造が球状から棒状に変化し、最終的に高分子鎖のように1次元方向に延びたひも状ミセルを形成することを明らかにした。その結果、溶液の粘性、弾性が急激に増加し、この増粘水溶液にオリーブ油や流動パラフィンなどの油を分散させることで増粘したエマルションゲルが得られた。
