Research Abstract

マツ材線虫病の病原体であるマツノザイセンチュウに対しては、その餌となる青変菌の繁殖を抑制する「兵糧攻め菌」と線虫を直接殺す能力のある「線虫寄生菌」を、線虫の媒介者であるマツノマダラカミキリ成虫に対しては、成虫を直接殺す能力のある「昆虫病原菌」を微生物的防除の候補菌として用いた。兵糧攻め菌と昆虫病原菌はそれぞれ単独でもマツノマダラカミキリ成虫によってマツ健全木に伝播される線虫の数を減少させる効果があるが、両菌を併用するとより有効であることが明らかになった。
