| Research Abstract |
農村他出子弟がふるさとの農村地域資源保全に対して行う支援実態に関する調査研究を行い,第一に,他出子弟の帰省・農作業手伝いに影響を与える属性として,他出子弟の年齢・続柄・居住地等を明らかにした。第二に,現在の稲作技術における臨時労働力の必要性と,それに対する他出子弟を含む「手伝い」形態による労働力調達実態を明らかにした。第三に,他出子弟が実家の農地資源保全に対して行う支援内容に関して,農家側・他出子弟側の意向を明らかにした。
