Research Abstract

ロボットネットワークを構成する圃場探査用の小型ロボットについて検討、設計した。また、ダイズわい化病(わい化系統、黄化系統)に感染した株と健常株の株高さとSPAD値を調べるとともに、彩度の違いをダイズの生育の経時変化とともに観察した。撮影画像を、HLS表色空間内で一定のしきい値で切り分けることで、植物体のみを抽出することが可能になった。解析の結果、ダイズは生育後期になると健常株とわい化系統感染株は、枯れあがってH(彩度)の値が小さくなるが、黄化系統は枯れあがりが遅いため,Hの低くなる時期が遅れる。生育ステージごとに植物体の彩度を比較することで,健常株とわい化病感染株の区別が可能であると考えられた
