Research Abstract

犬骨肉腫に対する周術期の抗がん剤治療投与法についてマウス移植モデルを用いて検討したところ、術前化学療法が述後よりも明らかに有効であるという成果は得られなかったが、血管新生阻害剤の投与によって、肺転移を制御可能であることが明らかとなった。
本研究により従来の化学療法に加え、血管新生の抑制を主たる目的とした低用量による持続的化学療法などが字際の症例においても有用である可能性が示された。
