Research Abstract	NPC1L1は食物由来コレステロールの吸収を司るトランスポーターであり、その機能を阻害する物質は高コレステロール血症の治療薬となりうる.本研究では既報の阻害剤のラベル体とNPC1L1との結合を指標とした阻害剤探索のアッセイ系を確立し、既存薬と立体構造の類似が高い化合物の中からスクリーニングのヒット、更には医薬開発候補化合物が見出されるか確認した.
