Research Abstract

ヒト羊膜中に骨芽細胞、軟骨、脂肪細胞に分化可能な間葉系幹/前駆細胞が存在していることを明らかにし、さらにこれらの細胞は羊膜中においてCD90またはCD166陽性細胞であることが示唆された。しかし、分離、培養後数継代を経た細胞は分化能を有するか否かに関わらず全てCD90およびCD166陽性であり、これらの細胞表面抗原の発現がin vitroでの分化能を直接反映していないことが明らかになった。
