Research Abstract

獲得免疫を司るT細胞が抗原提示細胞によって活性化される時、接着面一面に形成されたT細胞受容体(TCR)ミクロクラスターが中央に集まり免疫シナプスと呼ばれる構造を作る。本研究は、飽和脂肪酸の集合体であるラフトの集積が分子の集合や免疫シナプス形成を促すという説に対して、ラフトの集積とされた現象はTCR等の細胞内取り込みに伴う細胞膜の集積であり、ラフトの役割はラフトに親和性を持つ分子の細胞膜への配置にあることを示した。
