Research Abstract

わが国の特別支援教育制度の対象となる高機能発達障がい(「軽度発達障害」に代わる用語として用いる. 高機能自閉症, 注意欠陥/多動性障害, および学習障害を含む発達障がい)の早期発見のため, 母親への構造化面接法の開発を目的とし研究を行った. 子どもが生まれてから診断を受けるまでの母親のナラティヴから抽出されたカテゴリをもとに, 「乳幼児期インタビューガイド (Infantile Interview Guide; IIG)」を作成した. 今後IIGを実際の健診の場で用いたエヴィデンス・ベイストの研究が望まれる.
