Research Abstract

統合失調症をもつ人びとが経験した差別について、半構造化面接を行い、量的、および質的に分析した。ほとんどのものが日常生活で差別を経験しており、疾病を理由に自ら行動を制限した経験のあるものも多かった。精神障害に関する教育的な介入研究を精神保健を専門としない対人援助職のものに実施し、予備的調査では、短時間の教育的介入によって、知識、社会的距離、精神面でのQOLに好ましい効果がみられた。しかし、対照群をおいた検討では、統合失調症に関する知識面では改善がみられたが、うつ病に関する知識、初期対応に関する自己効力感には変化はみられなかった。態度の変化を促すためには、今後はロールプレイなどの態度、行動面での変容に焦点をあてた介入方法の工夫が必要である。
