Research Abstract

消化器上皮、特にC型肝炎ウイルス(HCV)の感染レセプターとして働く肝細胞のタイトジャンクション蛋白がHCV 増殖に与える影響を解析した。Occludin, claudin family およびclaudinのリン酸化によりその機能を制御しているWNK familyの発現により培養細胞でのHCVの増殖は変化したが、その反応はclaudinおよびWNKの種類により異なっていた。肝細胞におけるclaudin-1以外のclaudinとHCV感染との関連について今後さらに検討する必要あると考えられた。
