Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、皮膚科臨床で実地応用されている紫外線療法が、他に有効な治療法のない重症虚血肢に対する新しい血管新生療法として有用か否かについて明らかにすることである。
大腿動脈結紮除去によって作成されたマウス下肢虚血モデルにおいて、下肢切断率、潰瘍形成率、レーザードップラーを用いた血流回復の評価、マイクロソフェアを用いた血流量半定量、ならびに血管新生評価のための免疫組織学的微小血管数定量など基礎的データを収集し、これら基礎的データをもとに、同モデルを用いて紫外線照射の効果を検討したが、紫外線照射による効果は個体差が大きく、現在のところ一定の傾向が得られておらず、今後照射量や照射法などさらなる条件調節が必要と考えられる。
