Research Abstract

リポポリサッカライドで惹起される炎症反応において、血漿中の凝固XIII因子が組織内の血管内皮傷害に応答した微小血栓形成に関与して出血を阻止すること、単球/マクロファージ細胞内に存在するXIII因子が傷害組織へのマクロファージの浸潤に寄与することが強く示唆された。
