Research Abstract

多発性嚢胞腎の動物モデルを用いて、病的尿細管上皮細胞の極性欠如の機序を解析した.尿細管上皮細胞のE-cadherin/β-Catenin依存性細胞制御の破綻が尿細管部位特異的嚢胞形成・増大に関与していることが示された.
