Research Abstract

10例の乳幼児前頭葉急性脳症について、脳内ベンゾジアゼピン受容体の変化を明らかにするため、脳核医学検査として、99mTc ECD-SPECTおよび123I-iomazenil SPECTを経時的に施行した。
また核医学画像で得られた検査結果を客観的に評価するため、eZIS法、3DSRT法、BEAT法などのコンピュータソフトウエアを用い画像解析を施行した。
解析に際してはノーマルコントロールとなるデータベースがないため、小児期に発症するけいれん性疾患を対象としてデータを集積した。
