Research Abstract

青年期に達した先天性心疾患患者の健康関連QOLについて、包括的尺度であるSF-36を用いた調査では、軽症心疾患の修復術未施行群では低下していなかったが、修復術施行群やFontan術後群では軽度低下し、修復術不能群では特に身体機能・活力・全体的健康観が著明に低下していた。疾患特異的尺度の開発では、SF-36に加え、心臓病治療目的の入院・専門医受診、心臓カテーテル検査、定期の内服治療に伴う精神的負担感をVisual analog scaleを用いて評価することが有用であると考えられた。
