Research Abstract

diffuse cutaneous scleroderma(以下、dSSc)患者真皮において線維芽細胞内のc-Ablのリン酸化が上昇し、dSSc真皮におけるc-Abl活性化の亢進が示唆された。またin vitroにおいてImatinib MesylateはdSSc線維芽細胞における亢進したI型コラーゲンの増生を抑制することが示唆された。
