Research Abstract

アンケートによる調査を行い解析した結果、育児期女性の抑うつ、育児不安の背景因子や特徴に関して以下の知見を得ることができた。
(1)産後うつ病は実際には幼児虐待の直接的な危険因子とは言えず、これまでこれらが関連すると言及していた報告については両者に共通の背景としてボンディング困難が存在している可能性が明らかになった。
(2)育児不安や虐待恐怖の高さと実際の虐待行動は関係していなかった。このことから幼児虐待への注意喚起は、実際には虐待を行う危険性の少ない母親の不安をあおることにならないよう注意する必要性が挙げられた。
