Research Abstract

生体リズムの病態への関与が指摘されている気分障害の疾患脆弱性あるいは薬物反応性に関して、時計関連遺伝子との関連解析を行った。時計遺伝子機構の主要因子であるCLOCK遺伝子の多型と大うつ病性障害における抗うつ薬Fluvoxamineへの反応性との間に関連を見出した。また概日リズム機構の出力因子であるprokineticin 2の受容体遺伝子PKR2の多型と、大うつ病性障害および双極性障害の双方との間に関連を見出した。
