Research Abstract

癌の放射線治療において障害となっている低酸素癌細胞に選択的に集積して放射線治療の効果を高める新規薬剤の創製を目的として,グルコースやN-アセチルガラクトサミンなどの単糖類と2-ニトロイミダゾール型放射線増感剤TX-1877とを結合させた糖ハイブリッド薬剤を分子設計し,放射線増感活性・腫瘍集積性・マクロファージ活性化能を有するTX-2068・TX-2141・TX-2244の創製に成功した.
