| Research Abstract |
定位的放射線治療の際に多く用いられる1回大線量照射(8Gy以上)について,生物学的な有利性の裏付けを得る目的で行われた研究である。外陰癌,肺癌,食道癌,前立腺癌のいずれでも1回線量6Gy以上では細胞生残率5%以下となり,8Gy,以上では生残率1%未満であった。ある線量以上の線量が照射されると細胞死の抑制が解除されるように働く機構が存在することを発見することを目標としており,研究を継続中である。
