Research Abstract

生体吸収性を有するPVAを、経皮的針穿刺後の気胸防止を目的とした肺瘻修復剤として生体に応用すべく、動物肺を用いた検討を加えた.その接着気密性、キレート形成能は、針穿刺後の瘻孔は閉鎖し得ることが期待されたが、高周波焼灼による肺瘻に対しては不十分であった.生体吸収性及び抗原性については、問題は認められなかった.
