Research Abstract

乳癌の発生・進展にはERが深く関与する。乳癌細胞を使用しERを介するエストロゲン(E2)作用に対するタイプII核内受容体であるSXRの関与を解析した。E2による転写活性はSXRにより用量依存性に増強された。乳癌細胞にSXRが発現することによりE2の作用が増強され、乳癌の進展に影響をきたすことが推測された。乳癌細胞におけるSXR発現の有無がER陽性乳癌治療法の選択及び治療の効果予測因子として有用であることが示された。
