Research Abstract

術中運動誘発電位測定における脳表直接高頻度電気刺激による脳障害の検討をするため、動物モデルを完成させ、刺激の強度、時間、回数、頻度の4つの条件を変化させ、刺激後の脳のダメージとの関連を検討した。この結果、脳のダメージは与えた総電力量(Q=I^2Rtx刺激回数)に比例するものの、刺激強度と総刺激回数は刺激時間に比べて障害をより強く起こすことを発見した。フィブリン糊を利用することでこのダメージを減少できることを実証した。またフィブリン糊を電極として使用するにあたり、物理的、電気的、組織的に安全であることも証明した。
