Research Abstract |
HMGBI、HMGB2の様々なエピトープを認識するモノクローナル抗体を急性肺傷害モデルマウスに気管内投与すると、HMGB1とHMGB2の相同性が最も低い部位をエピトープとする抗体が肺傷害軽減に最も効果的であり、HMGB2に特異性が高い抗体ほど肺傷害軽減効果は低い。また、健常マウスにHMGB抗体を投与すると、ほとんどのマウスが死亡することより、HMGB蛋白は生理的に重要な役割をしていると推察されたが、その役割までは解明できなかった。
