| Research Abstract |
セボフルランは延髄において吸息先行型及び呼息性ニューロンの活動を抑制したが、吸息性ニューロンを抑制しなかった。さらに吸息性ニューロンのバーストはC4吸息性バーストと常に同期していた。したがってセボフルラン投与下では吸息性ニューロンを含む領域であるpre-Botszinger complexが呼吸リズムを決定していると考えられた。一方、セボフルランは頸髄において横隔神経運動ニューロンを抑制してC4吸息性バーストの振幅を減少させるものと考察された。頸髄よりも、延髄でGABAA受容体がセボフルラン誘発性呼吸抑制に関与していることが示された。
