Research Abstract

GT1細胞を用いたマイクロアレイ法にてエストロゲンまたは・およびプロゲステロンにより調節されうる遺伝子をスクリーニングした。その中でNO synthetase 3に着目しGT1細胞内での発現パターンと分泌調節へのかかわりについて検討した。さらにcalcium sensing receptorの豊富な発現を認め、同様にその発現パターンと分泌調節への関係について検討した。
