Research Abstract

鍔関節滑膜の線維芽細胞様B型細胞は骨液の成分を分泌し、円滑な鍔運動のために重要であるが、その正常構造や由来には不明な点が多い.本研究では研究代表者が発見してきたB型細胞の標識物質を使い,B型細胞の表面にカベラオが存在し,そこに筋特異的なカベオリン-3タンパクが発現していることを明らかにした.その発育段階における発現変化を検討し,カベオリン-3がB型細胞の増殖ではなく分化に関与していることが示唆された.
