Research Abstract

本研究では、架橋度合いの異なるコラーゲンスキャフォルドを作製しその有用性を確認すると共に、ティッシュエンジニアリング材料に組み合わせるため、自己由来の細胞として大きな可能性を有すると考えるヒト智歯歯胚由来間葉系幹細胞についての検討を行なった。結果、歯根膜組織を再構築することを目的としティッシュエンジニアリングに用いる自己由来細胞のソースとしてヒト智歯由来の間葉系幹細胞が有用であることが示唆され、今後、スキャフォルドとの親和性等さらに検討を行うことが必要と考えられた。
