Research Abstract

顎変形症手術における顎関節の接触圧を扱う上で、より簡便で適切な手法、つまり剛体ばね理論による顎関節のシミュレーション手法を開発した。側面および正面頭部X線規格写真による形態学的データから剛体ばね理論モデルを用い解析し、咬合、顎骨、顎関節が力学的バランスにもとづいて構築されていることを実証し、臨床データとの整合性の検討を行った。
