Research Abstract

特殊な培地を用いて、マウス唾液腺より単一な唾液腺上皮細胞を分離し、培養を可能にした。その細胞を用いて唾液腺組織の再構築を試みたところ、形態的・機能的にその傾向を示すことができた。その分化誘導に関して、HGF(細胞増殖因子)、IV型コラーゲン(細胞外基質)などの因子が重要な役割を演じている可能性が示唆された。唾液腺再生をめざし、この唾液腺上皮細胞をマウス体内に自己移植したところ、わずかな唾液アミラーゼタンパクの発現が確認できたが、今後のさらなる検討が必要である。
