Research Abstract

本研究では、新人看護師への教育方法として広く普及しているプリセプター制度の運用に関する実態についてプリセプターの役割に着目し検討した。その結果、病院の看護教育担当管理者が重視する役割は「第1因子:新人看護師への精神的支援」、「第2因子:新人看護師の社会的スキルの向上に関する支援」、「第3因子:新人看護師の知識および技術の習得への支援」、「第4因子:新人看護師の課題達成への支援」、「第5因子:プリセプターの自己成長」の37項目5因子であり、プリセプターの役割遂行状況と新人看護師が受けた支援の状況が明らかとなった。
