Research Abstract

健康に及ぼす影響が甚大な「喫煙」について、保険医療職者の最大数を占める看護職者が担う役割が大きいことに注目し、母性・産科看護領域において禁煙支援活動をいかにして促進できるかを探求した。その結果、看護職者は健康影響には無関心ではないものの、喫煙の健康影響や禁煙支援に関わる技術の知識・技術が十分に修得されていない点、近年の産科医療を巡る社会的課題により業務多忙である点があきらかになり、継続的効果的な支援の実現に向けた課題を示すことができた。
