Research Abstract

生体肝移植ドナーのQOLの向上を目指しケアリング・システムの構築のために、現状の医療の現象を把握することを目指し、生体肝移植医療に従事する看護師に対して、半構成的面接を行い、移植医療に従事知る看護師の体験の意味を明らかにした、生体肝移植医療に従事する看護師の知識不足が反映される、「分かっていても踏み込めない」という感情やジレンマを抱えながら看護に従事する姿が明らかになった。このことから、生体肝移植ドナーの看護に従事する看護師の資質の向上が必要であるという示唆が得られた。
