Research Abstract

本研究は、家族性腫瘍家系内の発端者に対して、看護者が身体症状のマネジメントを行いながら遺伝看護を提供する時期や方法を見出し、患者が血縁者に遺伝情報を適切な時期に提供することができる「遺伝看護介入モデル」を開発することを目的とした。平成18年度は、「大腸全摘出術後の排泄障害をもつ患者のための症状マネジメントツール」を作成。平成19年度は、サポートグループにおける医療者の役割を明確化した。平成20年度は、2年間の結果をもとに、生活ハンドブックの作成・洗練作業を行い「遺伝看護介入モデル」を作成した。
