Research Abstract

ベースライン時の自己記入式アンケート調査をもとに、中山間地域に在住する65歳以上の生活自立高齢者を対象とした小地域型介護予防事業の参加者の特徴を横断的に分析したところ、非参加者と比較し、より心理的、社会的健康が保たれ、よりQOLの高い生活を送っていることが明らかとなった。加えて、前向きコホートにより、小地域型介護予防事業への参加が3年間の死亡のリスクを軽減する可能性が示唆された。
