Research Abstract

職員の精神的健康とともに、生産性も維持・向上させられる職場風土の形成を促す保健活動のあり方について、量的・質的な調査結果をもとに検討した。当該風土の形成には、人を育てる姿勢で管理業務を遂行する上司が必要であると同時に、職員が心理的支援を求めている際に困難を乗り越えられるよう支援できる専門職の存在が必要と考えられた。職場の精神保健対策は、人事管理との融合によってさらなる効果が期待できると考えられた。
