Research Abstract

アセスメントツールは、エキスパートナースからの評価を受け、50の質問評価項目となった.本ツールによるアセスメントには、日頃から、患者の細かい情報をキャッチすることが必要であり、その人のもつ力を患者自身、看護者自身が共通に理解把握する必要があること、入院時患者がどのようになりたいのかその目標や課題を明確にしていく必要性が再認識される結果となった.また、本ツールは、慢性統合失調症患者のセルフケア能力について看護師への現任教育にも使用可能であり、患者がもつ能力を理解し、その患者にあった目標・計画を立案する道具として活用できると考えられた.
