Research Abstract

以上の成果はJournal of Physics D: Applied Physicsの特集号「Plasma-aided Fabrication of Nanostructures and Nanoassemblies: Main Features and Competitive Advantages」に招待論文として掲載されるなど,プラズマ材料科学の分野における相応の評価が得られていると言える.
