| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
前年度はコロナ感染症の蔓延により、パラナ州カストロ市での現地調査ができなかった。そのため、本年度はオランダ系、日系、イタリア系移民の現地調査を実施し、前2者は実質的なフィールドワークの終了を企図した。また、イタリア系は初年度の現地調査を開始する予定だった。しかし、コロナ感染症は終息せず、本年度もブラジルで現地調査を実施することができなかった。
そのため、ドイツ系、オランダ系・日系に関しては、前年度に続き過去2年間の調査結果の整理と分析、研究成果の学会発表と論文執筆に努めた。本年度は、特にドイツ系移民に関して、その出自と移住過程、入植地での生活や言語・文化の継承について、実証的に解明できた。イタリア系に関しては、まだ現地調査ができないため、引き続き文献研究を進めながら、次年度の現地調査の実現に備えた。
ちなみに、本年度の予算についても繰り越し申請を行ったが、次年度も残念ながらコロナ感染症が続く中で海外渡航が叶わなかったため、返還手続きを行った。

科研費の繰り越し申請を行い、ブラジルへの渡航が可能になり次第、現地調査を実施して遅れを取り戻すとともに、それまでの間、過去に実施した調査内容の整理・分析や、その研究成果の学会発表と論文執筆を進める。
