| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In practical workplaces such as internships and on-the-job training, a learning process (experiential learning) is essential, where learning is acquired through reflection and generalization (internal process) from the experience of proactive activities (external process). This study developed an experiential learning support system to promote awareness of the connection between each mode of the experiential learning process (concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation) and to facilitate the integration of each mode. In addition, it is necessary to promote verbalization for abstract conceptualization to cycle the internal experiential learning process effectively. Therefore, the study constructed a reflection support method to promote reflecting on the experience with expert knowledge learned by learners. The system and the method were used in educational practices, and their effectiveness was confirmed.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
インターンシップやコーオプ教育など、近年の高等学校教育においては、学校とは異なる場所での経験による学習の重要性が唱えられている。学校とは異なる場所での学びは、学生から提出された成果物によって、教授者が学習者の学習プロセス・学習状態を把握することが必要であるが、成果物のみだけでは把握が困難である。これは、新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大の影響を受けて急速に普及した遠隔授業も同様である。本研究の成果は、経験による学び（上記のほかに、総合的な探究の時間やPBL科目など）や教授者が学習者の学習プロセス・学習状態を直接確認することができない学びの支援を可能にするものである。
