Outline of Final Research Achievements

Heaver and longer trucks which has 25 meter length have been introducing Japanese freight market. We collected actual driving data based on GPS, accelerometer and heart rate monitor in 2018. By the data analyses, we clarified many characteristic regarding driver's stress, vehicle's conditions. Moreover we conducted many interview survey on freight companies, truck body manufacture and expressway company, and we summarized many actual topics to be studied.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

今後も台数が増加することが間違いないダブル連結トラックについて,ドライバーのストレス,車体の振動,高速道路の線形などとの関連性について,実データを用いて分析することができた.特に,運送業者の輸送形態により,車体の振動特性が大きく異ることが分かり,今後のダブル連結トラックの運用方針についても重要な知見を得ることができた.数多くのヒアリングにより,現場の問題点を整理し得たことも重要な成果とみなすことができる.
