Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We aimed to create a concept of 'public health marketing' to achieve health equity by building health promotion methods based on individual and regional characteristics, such as standard of living and health awareness. 1)Disparities in vegetable intake between incomes reduced through small monetary incentives; 2)Promotion of physical activity (increased number of steps) with the "Pa-League Walk" app for professional baseball fans; 3) Participation in "kayoino-ba (salons)" for older people: the effect of care prevention was greater for two or more types of participating groups than one type. 4) High effectiveness was observed in the 'kenshin-sen(health check-up championship)', an NCD prevention activity by Hakuhodo DY holdings Inc.. Based on these emprical data, we summarized the concept of such as PRECISION PUBLIC HEALTH.
