Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度は昨年度手間取ったアミノ酸型モノマーの合成に着手し、無事完了させた。本モノマーを用いてポリエチレングリコールを開始剤として重合したところ、分子量分布が狭く(Mw/Mn~1.3)重合度70-80程度のポリアミノ酸を得ることに成功した。さらに昨年考案した抗がん剤を組み込んだ双性イオン型高分子のモノマーの基本構造を確立し、その合成に着手した。また昨年度から実施している核酸アプタマーの生体内での挙動評価については、疾患モデルでの治療効果の検証などを行い、論文としてまとめ発表した。
