Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度は,環境負荷とコストの多目的評価による材料決定支援システムの開発と,材料種類を考慮した分解生産計画法の構築を行った.
①温室効果ガスと調達コストの算出ツールの開発 環境負荷とコストの多目的材料決定支援システムでは,各材料に依存する温室効果ガスと調達コストを算出する必要がある.しかし,専門的な知識に加え,データの入力や確認に多くの時間や労力が必要だった.そこで,温室効果ガスと調達コストの算出を容易にするツールの開発を行った.これにより,部品の材料種類と重量を入力するだけで,温室効果ガスと調達コストを自動的に同時に算出できることが可能になり,算出時間を平均25分間削減することができた.
②材料決定支援システムの開発 環境負荷とコスト評価に多目的意思決定手法であるGoal Programming(GP)を適用し,材料決定支援システムの開発を行った.GPの適用により,嗜好範囲を変更するだけで複数の材料を列挙できるため,各候補材料を比較しながら設計の検討を可能にした.また本システムは,各部品の材料種類と重量のみを入力データとするため,初期の製品設計における材料の検討に有効であることを示した.
③受注分解生産システムにおける多目的生産計画法の構築 材料決定支援システムにより,低環境負荷かつ低コストの材料決定を可能にしたが,再生可能な使用済み製品が廃棄されてしまうと,天然資源の消費と温室効果ガスの排出が生じてしまう.そのため,材料の種類を考慮した分解生産計画法の構築を行った.はじめに,多目的意思決定手法であるLinear Physical Programming(LPP)を適用し,利益や廃棄コストといった複数の目標を同時に満足する生産計画の立案を可能にした.次に,パソコンの製品例を用いて,材料種類を考慮した生産計画が可能なことを示した.
