Outline of Annual Research Achievements

前年度の研究で、粒径の揃ったコアーシェル型フッ化物ナノ結晶粒子の作製に成功するとともに、近赤外光を面内にトラップする金属アルミニウムナノシリンダーアレイの設計と作製に成功した。令和元年度は前述した目的を達成するために、以下の研究を行った。 1.フッ化物コア - シェルナノ粒子のコアおよびシェルの厚さと希土類イオンのドーピング量の関係を最適化し、アップコンバージョンルミネセンス性能を有するナノ粒子を得るための安定な合成経路を決定した2.コアーシェルナノ粒子の単層膜を作製する技術を開発し、金属アルミニウムナノシリンダーアレイ上にナノ粒子を均一に敷き詰めた 3.アレイ内外のコアーシェルナノ粒子膜からのアップコンバージョン発光強度を比較した。アップコンバージョンナノ粒子とアレイの最適化により、100倍以上の増強が得られた。これはアルミニウムを用いた増強の研究におけるチャンピオンデータである。金属ナノ粒子のプラズモン吸収とアップコンバージョン蛍光の関係を実験的に調べることと並行して、計算機を用いた電磁気シミュレーション(ソフトフェアとしてプラズモニクス分野でスタンダードであり、研究室で使用実績のあるCOMSOLを用いる)を行うことで、プラズモニックナノシリンダーアレイの局所構造と増強電場の空間 分布を調査し、アップコンバージョン蛍光の増強メカニズムを明らかにした。 4.得られた研究成果を高水準の研究論文としてまとめ投稿し、国内及び国際会議に積極的に出席・世界の研究者と交流した。
