| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Tthis study is developmental research on comprehensive and seamless permanent support by versatile support for growth of children with developmental disabilities, We aimed to convert user information of the Shukutoku University Center for Developmental Clinical Research, which has a history of 40 years, into data and follow-up analysis. However, the coronavirus situation and data challenges made detailed face-to-face surveys and case analysis difficult.
Therefore, we searched for knowledge from each specialized field, held an online forum in which researchers, practitioners, and governments participated in the trial project, and extracted and analyzed issues from practical knowledge. While support services and systems for children with developmental disabilities have been developed, there are issues in building systems for collaborating with each other, appropriately representing the parties concerned, and sharing information.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
研究成果で見出した制度や専門職の「つなぎ」に関わる課題は、昨今の社会福祉サービス全体に関わる「重層的支援体制」の実践における課題であること再確認した。それは、制度やサービスにおける資源不足ではなく、協働のあり方、当事者性の適切な代弁、情報共有に向けてのシステム構築の必要性である。現状の支援においては支援する側からの推論を主体とした支援であることが、成長のつなぎ、横断的な地域での生活のつなぎを阻害しているのではないかと考えられる。
