| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we empirically clarified that collaboration between "community schools " and "regional school collaboration headquarters " is effective in creating a virtuous cycle of " school in harmony with the community " and " community development centered on the school ", and proposed a management method to promote a regional school collaboration system in which the two are linked. Through the discussion, it can be said that the hypothesis of this study was also verified.
Furthermore, based on practical cases in Okayama Prefecture, we examined the importance of principles, how to perceive a curriculum open to society, shared vision, development of a regional school collaboration system, and improvement of the curriculum through consultation at the school management council, and clarified future directions and issues.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究の最終的な成果として、2023年3月に刊行された『岡山発！地域学校協働の実践と協創的教員養成』では、「社会に開かれた教育課程」の実現に資する地域学校協働の実践、とりわけ岡山県の教育委員会や小中高・特別支援学校における先駆的な実践事例をとりあげて分析し、全国的に発信していくという社会的意義に加えて、「教育課程（カリキュラム・マネジメント）」・「地域学校協働（コミュニティ・スクール等）」・「教員養成」を横串に通して、「社会に開かれた教育課程」の実現を総合的に考察していることに学術的な面でも意義もあると捉えられる。
